Brief Encounters (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco), Brendon/Shane, dressup)
Summary: Shane thinks Brendon will look really hot in new briefs--in person and on film.
Content notes: No standard content notes apply.

From an idea I've been sitting on since Brendon's strip show: what if Shane was the one to introduce Brendon to 2Xist briefs?
littlemousling: Still from a Cobra Starship video, shows Vicky-T with the caption "Feeling ... kinky" (kinky)
So there's been kind of a spate of awesome fic lately involving less-common kinks.

As a reader, I think one of the great things about fic is that it can make things that I'm not into hot, because it's not about whether I'm into it, it's about whether the characters are. So a hugely wider range of kinks and just general interests become not just academically interesting but sexy, because it's about how much they get the characters off.

(I mean, I'm a strict lesbian who primarily reads and writes dudeslash, so--yeah. I don't just mean really unusual kinks, I also mean fic makes me find cock hot.)

In fact, I'd say that it's one of the marks of a really great fic if it can take something that I find either neutral or kind of squicky and make it both realistic/believable (for the characters) and hot (for me, because it's hot for the characters).

I think this is part of what makes uncommon-kink fic so great: it's a wonderful boon for the people who are really into that uncommon kink, and it can also be a great and perhaps unexpected reading experience for people who aren't.

On that note, here are three recent fics that may be about things you Are Not Into, but which I think take those things and make them hot for the general audience, too:

Bad Boys, by [personal profile] lalejandra: This is Spencer/Brendon/Sarah daddykink where Sarah is the "daddy," and it's about as unexpected and original as that implies. Fascinating setup, and great follow-through (and hot as fuck).

Doggy Style, by [personal profile] fifteendozentimes: Spencer/Nicole Anderson--you probably don't know who Nicole Anderson is, and you really don't need to. The point is, she's willing to try out Spencer's petplay fantasy, and it's really, really hot. (Spencer's the dog, btw.)

Operating Instructions, by [personal profile] mistresscurvy. This is a follow-up to my Spencer/Brendon daddykink story, and it takes that universe and runs with it--"little" Brendon gets a lesson on how to deal with unexpected erections. Seriously hot.

Title: Mutual Admiration Society
Pairing: Spencer/Ian
Rating: Explicit
Summary: Ian's been acting squirrelly, and Spencer's going to get to the bottom of it. (A sequel to Thank You For the Silence.)
Word Count: 5366
Notable Content: Underage; Ian is 17.
Notes: Read over by [personal profile] fifteendozentimes; thank you, bb!

Yay, that was fun! Additionally, I wrote some Brendon/Ian hairpulling over at the Brendon Pain Kink Fest.

Ooh, look, a fest on my all-time favorite fandom topic:

The Brendon Pain Kink Pornathon!

(My contribution--at least so far--is here.)

littlemousling: Brad Bell and Adam Lambert being smoking hot in a photo (bradam hotness)
Take It In (Brad Bell (Musician), Brad Bell, fucking machines)
Summary: Brad doesn't have time for men right now, but he makes time for this.
Content notes: No standard content notes apply. Contains fantasy dubcon.

Posting this one early because there maaaaay be a bonus Panic fic coming when I wake up tomorrrow today.
littlemousling: Still from a Cobra Starship video, shows Vicky-T with the caption "Feeling ... kinky" (kinky)
So [personal profile] hermette was soliciting for Panic daddykink, and ... there isn't any that I know of? And so, yeah, this happened. I can't really explain it better than that. NO EXCUSES. Also, this is 5535 words. Apparently I have a lot to say on this subject or something.

Time to Play (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco), Brendon/Spencer, postage stamp: ageplay, shaving/depilation, spanking, and rimming/felching (wildcard))
Summary: When Brendon needs a break from adult responsibilities, Spencer is only too happy to help him out.
Content notes: Underage. Characters are roleplaying as a father and child; includes sexual contact and discipline.

This is definitely, 100% the dirtiest, most perverted thing I've ever written. I don't know if that's an invitation or a warning.
littlemousling: Cropped photo of Bebe Rexha, showing her (hotass) torso. The word "please" has been added. (bebe rexha)
Then Again Maybe Not (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco), Brendon/Spencer, smacking/slapping)
Summary: Brendon wants to try this, until he doesn't.
Content notes: No standard content notes apply. Contains face slapping.

More in the Figuring It Out series!
littlemousling: Cropped photo of Bebe Rexha, showing her (hotass) torso. The word "please" has been added. (bebe rexha)
Hardly the Brat Pack (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco), Brendon/Spencer/Sarah, held down)
Summary: On occasions like this, Spencer's very glad Sarah knows more about this stuff than he does.
Content notes: No standard content notes apply. Fic contains consensual BDSM, including punishment.

This can be read as a sequel to Three Methods for Relaxing a Rock Star, but was written to stand alone and can be read without reading that fic.
littlemousling: Cropped photo of Bebe Rexha, showing her (hotass) torso. The word "please" has been added. (bebe rexha)
Compromise Positions (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco), Brendon/Spencer, verbal humiliation)
Summary: Spencer wants to fulfill Brendon's fantasies, but it isn't as easy as the things they both want.
Content notes: No standard content notes apply. Fic contains consensual verbal humiliation in the form of eroticized small-penis shaming, including gender-policing language. Also contains impact play.

This can be read as a sequel to Not Just Lashing Out, but was written to stand alone and can be read without reading that fic.
littlemousling: Cropped photo of Bebe Rexha, showing her (hotass) torso. The word "please" has been added. (bebe rexha)
Don't Throw Away the Key (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco, The Young Veins), Ryan Ross/unnamed female character, Chastity Devices)
Summary: Ryan Ross cannot seem to keep it in his pants, but his beleaguered girlfriend has an unorthodox solution in mind.
Content notes: No standard content notes apply.

Any idea that makes me chortle for more than a minute deserves to be written, is my basic philosophy.
littlemousling: Photo of Spencer Smith, drummer for Panic! at the Disco (Spencer)
Thank You For the Silence (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco, The Cab), Spencer Smith/Ian Crawford, Gags)
Summary: If Ian thanks Spencer one more time for helping sign The Cab, Spencer's going to have to find a way to shut him up.
Content notes: Underage: one character is 17, and the other is about 19 or 20.

This one went from "you know what would be funny?" to finished story in a ridiculously short period of time. Love when that happens!
littlemousling: Cropped photo of Bebe Rexha, showing her (hotass) torso. The word "please" has been added. (bebe rexha)
I'm working on a blackout for my K_B card, but I'd rather not save them up and drop all 25 on y'all, so I'm gonna aim for about one a day, at least for the first bunch. And I'm going to use their posting template to save myself time later.

Also, I need to get Bebe up there a BDSM icon buddy, or I'm going to be wearing her out.

Not Just Lashing Out (Bandom (Panic! at the Disco), Spencer Smith/Brendon Urie (with Dallon Weekes and Ian Crawford, Whipping / Flogging)
Summary: Spencer has always enjoyed hitting his bandmates with random objects. No one ever told him that might mean something.
Content notes: no standard notes apply. Does contain non-kinky people discussing kinks, which may make some people uncomfortable.
littlemousling: Yarn with a Canadian dime for scale (Default)
I kept seeing [community profile] kink_bingo cards on my Reading page and ... I guess envy got to me.

So here's mine. )

NGL, there's really nothing on there that I don't think would be kind of fascinating to write. (There are a few kinks they're doing this year that are pure squick for me, in a way where I couldn't even write it, but really only a few.) Choosing a line is going to be more of a "which is the BEST" than "which will suck the least?" I'd say the top line is the least interesting to me, followed by the fourth column, but honestly they're all pretty great.

But, thinking about them in the context of fandoms I think I can write in really changes it up. I think I might actually end up doing some origfic, just to avoid that constraint. I'm glad that's an option.

Because the safeword rants never go away, here, for the record, is my take:

Unless negotiated otherwise, no is a safeword )

"No means no" is and should be the default, in life and in fic that aims for realism. "No means keep going" is something that requires explanation. Either is fine, in fic and in life.

NB: this is sort of in response to this, but mostly to the many, many variations that I've seen on the idea that a scene without a safeword is an unsafe scene that should never happen/should never be portrayed.
